To register and maintain an Account on the playking88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. All Players are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the submitted ID document. Verification is ordinarily completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
The Platform is made available for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
playking88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. No third-party currency conversion is applied. playking88 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
The minimum single deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 30. Maximum transaction limits are set at the account tier level and communicated to Players within their Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Players are ordinarily processed within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes represent targets and may be subject to variation during periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance. playking88 does not guarantee any specific processing time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. playking88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the request exceeds standard transaction thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Same-Name Policy: For fraud prevention purposes, all withdrawals must be directed to an account or wallet registered under the same legal name as your playking88 Account. This policy applies without exception to all Players, including those at VIP tier levels.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, and other incentives offered by playking88 (collectively, "Promotions") are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry period for each Promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the Promotion is offered.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each Promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
playking88 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once; participating in Promotions in a manner that exploits a mathematical advantage in breach of these Terms; and coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a Promotion. playking88 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any Account found to be engaged in promotional abuse.
Players who refer new Members to the Platform through the official referral programme may be eligible for referral bonuses subject to the terms of that programme. Referral bonuses are not payable in respect of self-referrals or referrals of individuals who are ineligible to hold an Account.
All games available on the playking88 Platform are powered by independently audited random number generators (RNGs) or streamed from licensed live dealer studios. playking88 is committed to ensuring that all game outcomes are genuinely random and that no player or group of players can gain an illegitimate advantage over the game systems.
Sports betting markets on the Platform cover a wide range of local and international events, including the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and various other sporting competitions of relevance to Malaysian bettors. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player except where expressly permitted by playking88 in writing or through a specific cash-out feature enabled on the relevant market. playking88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or evidence of match manipulation.
playking88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual wagers, game sessions, or cumulative daily winnings. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be communicated within the game or market interface. Any amount exceeding the stated maximum payout limit will not be credited to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:
playking88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for regulatory, security, or responsible gambling reasons.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any balance held within the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is terminated for reasons unconnected to Player misconduct (for example, at the Player's own request), the Player's verified real-money balance will be returned subject to completion of all applicable withdrawal procedures.
A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting playking88 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Players are advised to withdraw any remaining balance prior to submitting a closure request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playking88 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
